Terms of Use

1. Use of the App

The app functions as a TCG collection manager and price tracker. Users must be at least 13 years old, and those under 18 require parental permission.

2. Account and Data

A unique identifier is generated to link your collections, preferences, and subscription status to your usage.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Premium Subscription

Unlocks features like AI scanning, price history charts, multiple collections, and marketplace links.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Weekly and annual billing options are available; pricing shown at purchase.

3.3 Free Trial

Trials auto-convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled beforehand.

3.4 Billing and Renewal

• Charged to Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renews unless disabled 24+ hours before period end.
• Managed via Apple ID Account Settings.

3.5 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via App Store; takes effect at billing period's end. No partial refunds.

3.6 Refunds

Handled by Apple per their policies.

4. Card Data and Pricing

Pricing comes from third-party sources like TCGPlayer and is for informational purposes only. Not financial advice. Third-party marketplace terms apply independently.

5. Card Scanning and AI Features

OCR and AI identify cards; accuracy varies by condition and lighting. Camera images are processed on-device; only extracted text data is transmitted to servers. Images aren't stored server-side.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Content

Owned by Appcellent; no copying or redistribution without written consent.

6.2 Trading Card Content

Card names and images belong to respective publishers (Pokemon, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, etc.), displayed under fair use.

6.3 User Content

Your collections and notes remain yours; you grant Appcellent a limited license to process them for service delivery.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the app.
• Use bots or automated scripts.
• Access other users' data.
• Commercially exploit the app's data without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to hold Appcellent harmless from claims arising from their use of the app.

11. Termination

Appcellent may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

Updates reflected by a revised "Last Updated" date; continued use implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

14. Severability

Invalid provisions don't affect the remainder of the agreement.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between user and Appcellent.
